Professional Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
We are searching for a Professional QS to join one of our well-established clients in Cape Town. You will work closely with a team of engineers, procurement specialists, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate quantity surveying duties throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-contract planning, tendering, and post-contract administration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors.
- Ensure accurate cost estimation, measurement, and valuation of works.
- Manage contract variations and claims.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited, internationally recognized institution.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in quantity surveying within the built environment.
- Professional registration as a Pr.QS with SACQSP.
