Job Description
Join a leading organisation specialising in Quantity Surveying. The ideal candidate will have a BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years' experience in a professional QS Office and would be a highly motivated individual who is eager to contribute to a variety of Construction Projects, with a focus on Cost Management, Contract Administration and Successful Project delivery.
- BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying
- 5 years' professional experience in a QS Office, although candidates with less experience in the field will also be considered
- Strong proficiency in Cost Estimating, Budgeting, Contract Administration and Project Reporting
- Familiarity with Construction Procurement processes and Risk Management is essential
