Job Description
Requirements for this position:
- Relevant experience in a professional practice for Cadet and Senior levels
- Proven track record of bringing projects to a successful conclusion
- Able to take control and manage complex projects
- Good knowledge of on screen take off software
- Manage projects from appointment through to final account
- Client facing
- Able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Being Chartered is a benefit, not a necessity
- Membership of a professionally recognised Quantity Surveying body is required
- Experience in relevant Quantity Surveying software required, WinQS and DimX
