Job Summary Job description (Details of the position i.e. duties): Onboarding of new clients to our software Post-onboarding client follow ups/check-ins Onboarding new POS clients Implementing integrations, like financial interfaces Consultative projects related to data changes Keep up to date with new product features and services to advise clients Maintaining and updating onboarding SOPs and documentation Onboarding of new sites (existing clients) Requirements: Operational expertise in our POS, software products, and services. Ability to consult with clients at a business level, offering tailored solutions. Willingness to travel internationally. Compliance with vaccination requirements for certain countries Experience and Skills: Exceptional administrative skills Be able to pick up software applications and understand business processes Project management Key account management Client onboarding skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is a plus Must have POS systems experience such as Micros, Fidelia etc. (POS systems in the Hospitality sector).
