This is your chance to make a tangible impact on the future of construction and to shape the living environments of tomorrow.Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Design Mastery: Oversee and sign off on all stages of design for buildings in South Africa and collaborate with international engineers to bring our vision to life globally.
• Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the Research & Development division, defining the R&D Agenda for the next 24 months and driving the continuous evolution of our building technology.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across all the company's operations.
• Team Building: Assemble and lead a world-class team capable of handling our ambitious project pipeline, currently exceeding 800 units across South Africa, Switzerland, and the US, with more international opportunities on the horizon.

Were Looking for a Visionary Leader:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in structural engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 10 years of hands-on experience as a structural engineer.
• Innovation: Experience with alternative construction methods and FEM is a plus.
• Leadership: Exceptional project management and communication skills, with a passion for leading international teams.
• Drive: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
