Role DescriptionThe company seeks to appoint an experienced Civil Engineer/Technologist to be responsible for planning, design, monitoring and reporting of related infrastructure projects (Civil and Building works).NB: Experience in consulting firm environment a mustThe candidate should be enthusiastic, customer focused and willing to put an extra effort to ensure successful completion of the projects that they are responsible forQualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
- At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects, including design, construction, and project management
- Proficiency in project management software, such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and MS Project
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, and water resources engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think critically
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and coaching to team members and stakeholders
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
- Experience in consulting environment
