DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities:

Assist core QS Staff and current Operations Department with day-to-day operations of the business.
Improve and develop existing estimating system and/or the ability to implement new estimating systems.
Create systems to mitigate shortcomings and risks.
Foresee problems and mitigate risk for the business and corporate client is critical.
Traditional QS software experience is a prerequisite.
Managing enquiries for tender purposes, and adjudication of Tenders.
Contract Bill of Quantities, contract administration.
Site Measures
Prepare Interim Payments, Final Accounts, Engineering Estimates and Cost Reporting

Additional requirements:

Experience on other business software systems is considered an advantage.
Strong people skills and the ability to work with technical-orientated people is considered an advantage.
Experience in using Estimating Software.
Have experience working in a team.
Attention to detail imperative.
