Job Description

The African Union Development Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post of Progamme Officer Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS).


Under the supervision of the Principal Programme Officer Policy Specialist, The Programme Officer Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS) will be responsible for assisting the AMRH RIMS team with maintenance and technical support after all the regulatory information systems implementation and support website maintenance and database administration.

Education and Experience

:



Master's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related field with two (2) years of work experience in regulatory data management and associated business processes, and developing and managing IT systems to address business needs within public sector institutions or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.


Or


a Bachelor's Degree in the above fields plus four (4) years of work experience in regulatory data management and associated business processes, and developing and managing IT systems to address business needs within public sector institutions or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.

Remuneration:




Indicative basic salary of US$35,044.83 per annum plus other entitlements e.g., Post Adjustment (57% of basic salary), Housing allowance ($21,832.88 per annum), gratuity (15% of gross salary) in conformity with the rules and procedures applicable to internationally recruited staff of the African Union
