Overview of the Role:We want to drive and develop our supplier relationships and partnerships to provide our members priority/guaranteed access to the worlds most popular live events, restaurants and luxury brands. To deliver unique access, key benefits and experiences for our members and relevant corporate clients across the world of Sport, Music, Theatre and the Arts plus other categories. Your role is to support the Global Proposition department in driving, managing and communicating new projects, workstreams and initiatives.You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of global projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the time, budget and client requirements. You will take full accountability for the projects you manage, ensuring that you deliver on all the client, member and internal requirements and that these are communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.As the Programme Manager, you will shape and determine project governance and work cross-functionally with stakeholders of all levels to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered. You will manage risks and blockers along the way and communicate project status at all intervals. You will also shape and communicate prioritisation of projects, ensuring that the most impactful projects and initiatives are delivered globally.You will always think ahead, to develop and execute new strategies and processes to deliver significant impact on growth, product improvement and global team revenue. You will have the ability to drive and implement new innovations and changes with support and buy-in from Senior Stakeholders across the business.You will be innovative and creative with identifying solutions ensuring that you are playing an active part in developing our Global Proposition Strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • To take full accountability for a series of global projects and end-to-end management, including launch, delivery, change management and reporting.
  • Define each projects scope and delivery and communicate these to stakeholders of all levels to ensure transparency across the team.
  • To set measures and targets for new and existing projects that contribute to the overall business need and ensure theses are communicated to global stakeholders.
  • To implement and communicate prioritisation and governance of global projects to ensure that the most impactful projects are delivered.
  • Coordinate and lead project contributors to ensure that the projects are realised in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure the projects are adequately resourced and the team is trained and managed.
  • To be fully accountable for project reporting, monthly MI and data analytics to measure the success of projects and programmes.
  • To work with the Senior Partnerships Programme Manager/Head of Regions/Director to create a holistic strategy for improving efficiencies, member experience, project delivery and digital growth.
  • Lead on global forums and meetings to communicate new initiatives, project developments and the roadmap.
  • To be a beacon of best practice in your project management style at all times; to create and nurture a culture of success, professionalism, and mutual support when launching new projects.
  • Role models Tens values and embeds them in the strategic and day to day management of projects and programmes.
Requirements
  • Project management; being able to manage highly complex global projects with multi-stakeholders internally and externally
  • A clear thinker and self-starter that can drive outcomes on their own initiative
  • Able to drive cross-functional and varied projects whilst ensuring a consistent delivery
  • Ability to hold stakeholders and contributors responsible for their actions
  • Can successfully run and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical decision maker; using performance data and leadership skills to drive results
  • Can effectively communicate with stakeholders from all levels
  • Ability to initiate and lead on new business initiatives and proposal; ensuring these are aligned with the teams key objectives
  • Can demonstrate experience of working within a customer-lead industry and strives to continuously deliver excellent customer service
  • Broad working knowledge of key brands and partners globally across various lifestyle industries (travel, retail, ticketing)
  • Proven track record of successful project management
  • Natural commercial drive; always seeking new opportunities and creativity with the partnerships, clients or internal stakeholders. A natural networker who can develop and implement new initiatives to commercially impact the team and business
  • A passion for working in a business that places members and customer service at their core as well as commercial success
  • An analytical mindset, to use data to drive change
  • A natural communicator who always takes the time to keep their team and colleagues informed and up to date
  • Great people skills; you can demonstrate the ability to influence senior stakeholders and colleagues across teams and will be recognised as a supportive, effective and highly driven colleague. Having the ability to work effectively and professionally during period for high pressure
  • Project Management qualification preferred: PRINCE2 PMP or Agile
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, PPT, Word
