OVERALL PURPOSE

We are looking for an experienced project administrator to join our Business Operations (BizOps ) team to support the on-going delivery of numerous operational projects spanning a number of departments and functions. This includes the involvement with process changes, 3rd party system configuration and core platform enhancements which all aim to achieve efficiencies at scale.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and administer the numerous concurrent projects within the BizOps space. Working closely with the BizOps team, you will be responsible for supporting the project administration, structure, delivery cadence, resolving blockers and delivery dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and administer the BizOps backlog and roadmap, ensuring that business priorities are clearly understood and transparent to enable stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of the BizOps and cross-functional teams applying the appropriate project administration best practices across the knowledge areas: scope, cost, time, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement, change and stakeholder management.
  • Work closely with the BizOps and cross-functional teams to ensure cadence and transparency within the various projects.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of change management ensuring minimum disruption to business. The transition must be effectively managed and clearly communicated ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are prepared and aligned.
  • Track key metrics and report on delivery progress with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation.
THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of working experience as a Project Administrator in an agile delivery environment
  • Financial services or banking experience advantageous
  • Good understanding of change management and a proven track record of delivery
  • Project management certification will be an added bonus
  • Thorough understanding of project management best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello and Slack is preferred
