Our client based in Montague, Western Cape is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate would be responsible for managing payroll, wages, and costing analytics for various projects. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in project administration.Position: Project Administrator - Payroll, Wages, and Costing
AnalyticsLocation: Montague Gardens, Western CapeReporting Line: Senior Project ManagerSoftware Skills: MS Office Suite (MS Excel is Compulsory)Minimum Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering or related fields would be advantageous
  • Minimum 3-4 years related experience in the building and construction industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage project payroll, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Analyze wages and costing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain project cost models and forecasts
  • Track and report on project expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and company policies
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll and costing data
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support project and business decisions
