Job Description


Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join their team for a 6 month period. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of projects, overseeing financial processes, compliance, and project coordination.Requirements:

  • Matric and a qualification in Project Management or Administration
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Management Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams with administrative and financial processes
  • Assist with tender preparation, submission, and documentation management
  • Track project budgets, expenditures, and ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain and update project systems, documentation, and progress reports
  • Coordinate job planning, scheduling, and supplier orders
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain H&S files
  • Act as a key point of contact for project communications and stakeholder coordination
