Job Summary A company that offers a comprehensive range of interventions, from the selection of people to be trained and the designing of the course material to the actual training has an exciting opportunity for a quality-oriented Project Administrator in Gauteng. The primary requirement for this position will be to coordinate the activities of a Learnership Office including all administrative functions Grade 12 (Matric) Relevant working experience PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES General Administration of learnerships such as ordering of material, maintenance of the assessment centre applicable scanning and data capture Updating Learner Management System (LMS) Liaising with managers to coordinate office business and contribute to resolving problems Preparation of ATR audit file per annum, receipt of all invoices, training requisition forms as well as attendance registers from providers/internal trainers - and processing thereof in line with the SLA per provider Provide admin support to QA advisor in line with the SOP process Establish, track and manage regional certificates Track and record portfolio and remediation submission Co ordination and management of the learnership project files Preparation of all SETA compliance documentation COMPETENCIES Experience in a training environment preferable Computer literacy (especially Excel) Attention to detail Planner Organizer Flexibility Quality Management Ability to communicate verbally and written text Ability to build and manage sound relationships Ability to work within a teamTalentCruRecruiter
