Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Please visit our website:Main Purpose of RoleThis position will mainly be responsible for assisting with the project and office administration tasks/roles.Key responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • Provide administrative support to the PM & CM teams
  • Liaise with the project stakeholders during all design and construction stages and ensure internal systems reflect status of the project.
  • Assist project managers with preparation of project progress reports
  • Assist project management team with closing out project activities following completion of deliverables
  • Assist with document control for the various projects
  • Assist in monitoring and execution of corporate governance
  • Manage and incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls accordingly
  • Assist with BMS, tasks
  • Coordinate with suppliers for products/services, quotes and delivery, and track the use of office supplies
  • Health & safety - maintain a record of any incidents/H&S issues in conjunction with the SHE representative.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Assist in the logistics arrangements for the staff and any guests
  • Assist in settling the new employees upon joining
Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Business administration (preferably at degree level)
  • 3 or more years of experience in office administration
Skillset Requirements
  • Organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem solving and decision making abilities
  • IT proficiency
  • People skills
