Position: Project Administrator - Payroll, Wages, and Costing
AnalyticsLocation: Montague Gardens, Western CapeReporting Line: Senior Project ManagerSoftware Skills: MS Office Suite (MS Excel is Compulsory)Minimum Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering or related fields would be advantageous
  • Minimum 3-4 years related experience in the building and construction industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage project payroll, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Analyze wages and costing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain project cost models and forecasts
  • Track and report on project expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and company policies
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll and costing data
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support project and business decisions
