SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:please note this position is based in the Middle East- Saudi Arabia:We are seeking experienced Project Control - Contracts Advisors to provide expert contract management support for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and project control methodologies, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and support on contract management, procurement, and project control activities for large-scale projects.
• Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and mitigate risks.
• Conduct contract performance evaluations and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project control reports, including cost forecasts, risk assessments, and progress updates.
• Support the development and implementation of project control processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, contractual obligations, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls, contract management, or a related field.
• Project management experience and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project control methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and financial software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the oil & gas, construction, or energy sectors.
• Familiarity with industry-specific contract types.
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Advanced degree in Law,
