Job Description

Controls the Project Management and Administrative system information collation, verification,
consolidation and reporting activities within Architecture Department.
Key Responsibility AreasControls the Project Management and other database system (HR, Risk Management, etc)
information integration requirements
Controls the consolidated Project Management System information and reporting structures
/formats for various levels and categories of projects
Presents consolidated project schedules for various categories of projects managed within
the Branches of Architecture Department
Co-ordinates Divisional activity related administrative and reporting requirements.
Maintains the Departments Risk Management information dataset
Controls the process involved with updating and analysing statutory and general information
on departmental compliance
Control workflow processes & outputs level of divisional personnel

Essential RequirementsDiploma (NQF Level 6) in the Administrative field or any other related and equivalent
qualification.
