Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma) are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in ERP implementation projects. Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a consulting environment.
Functional Consulting Skills:
Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
Business Process Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of core business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
Product Owner Skills:
Experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features based on stakeholder input and business value.
Project Management Skills:
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members at all levels.Highly skilled and motivated Project Delivery Lead, with a unique blend of functional consulting acumen, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of business processes.
Play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of ERP solutions that meet clients' needs and drive their business success.Functional Consulting:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements to optimize ERP utilization.
Business Process Understanding:
Leverage a solid understanding of business processes across various industries to provide insights and recommendations that drive efficiency and effectiveness in ERP implementations.
Product Ownership:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Prioritize project backlogs and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management:
Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership and Integration:
Have a strong understanding of the various roles within an ERP project team to effectively align, integrate, and lead team members, while mentoring and guiding them to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive management. Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
