Education:

• BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design to final implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Technical Design & Engineering: Oversee the selection, sizing, and specification of pumps, ensuring optimal performance for customer applications.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
• Site Supervision & Commissioning: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of pump systems, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting any issues.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving system efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness through innovative engineering solutions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to procure components, manage logistics, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met without compromising quality.
• After-Sales Support: Provide technical assistance, maintenance recommendations, and performance evaluations for installed pump systems.
