Our Client supply a variety of industrial fuel oils, each with unique qualities, enabling them to provide their customers with fit-for-purpose energy solutions that ensure the best value proposition for each customer. this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Requirements:
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer with ECSA (PR Eng).
- Project Management Diploma
- Over 10 years engineering experience, in the petroleum industry, of which 5 years was in a project management role.
- Planning, Design, Construction, and Commissioning of Multi-disciplinary Petrochemical Projects from Inception to Completion.
- Ensures Projects are Completed within the Time and Cost limit as well as to the agreed specifications.
- Compiling P&IDs, HAZOP/MOC studies, Budgets & Schedules for Capital Expenditure Projects.
- Managing Design, draughting and in-house fabrication of piping, pressure equipment, structures, heat exchangers, distillation columns & vessels.
- Management of Local & International Contractors and suppliers.
- Drafting of RFQs, BOQ, review of variation orders, contract adjudications & contract administration (NEC, JBCC).
