Check out the full details and apply now: https://www.enshrineplacements.com/job-details/?ReqIntId=RQ00004151Key Responsibilities:Commercial Operations Support:Review RFQs, contracts, and terms of sale, providing cost estimates and proposals.Support sales-to-operations handovers and conduct risk analyses for high-risk opportunities.Project Planning:Develop project plans, ensuring proper site layout and safety requirements.Coordinate resource requirements, logistics, equipment, materials, and approvals.Prepare and maintain project management files and reports.Project Engineering:Act as a technical liaison between project managers and technical teams.Manage on-site quality and scope changes, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.Assist with schedule management, progress tracking, and engineering deliverables.Project Execution:Manage scope of contract and critical path schedule, controlling project costs.Supervise crews (5 to 60 people) on-site and ensure health, safety, and quality compliance.Provide billing support and coordinate client communication and inspections.Equipment and Process Support:Understand IGS products and how they address metal wastage in customer processes.Conduct quality inspections, analyze data, and recommend solutions to clients.Provide guidance on equipment operation, repair, and maintenance.Business Development Support:Participate in pre-bid meetings, scope additional opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams.Support customer account management and operational evaluations.Critical Success Factors:Ensure safe and compliant site operations.Provide customer insights on IGS value and upsell opportunities.Plan projects efficiently, minimizing waste and optimizing resource use.Maintain professional conduct, adherence to IGS values, and complete administrative tasks timely.Skills and Abilities:Strong problem-solving and hands-on approach.Proficiency in project management and cost control.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project software.Ability to work in challenging industrial environments.Effort/Working Conditions:Work is performed in demanding environments such as refineries, paper mills, and power plants.Requires long hours and work in personal protective equipment.Frequent travel (4 to 7 months annually), including international travel, is required.Physical capability to work in confined spaces and at heights.Education and Experience:Engineering degree required (Mechanical preferred).3-5 years of progressive responsibility in project engineering.Experience with power plants, petroleum, and hydrocarbon processing industries is preferred.2-5 years of leadership or on-site management experience, and turnaround experience preferred.International relocation is required for this role.Company Description:
