Reference Number: DSS03 - SI:Our client is looking for a Project Execution Manager to oversee the technical execution and implementation of Integrated Electronic Security and Life Safety Solution projects. Acting as a technical solution expert for assigned product lines, this role provides valuable input to sales, operations, and other organizational functions. The Project Execution Manager ensures that all Project Engineers receive the necessary training and develop the required expertise. Additionally, this role offers guidance and support to Project Engineers to help them achieve and surpass their targets. The Project Execution Manager also evaluates new product lines and advises senior management on product line strategy.Responsibilities:Develop detailed technical submissions to support project scope of works
Oversee system commissioning and user acceptance testing for projects
Review technical reports and evaluate lessons learned logs post-project completion
Qualify and evaluate new products for commercial and technical viability
Ensure all Project Engineers have the appropriate training and qualifications.
Ensure all Project Engineers manage and commission their sites according to client Systems International and legislated standards.
Ensure all Project Engineers follow the correct safety guidelines on all sites.
Establish and maintain business relationships with relevant internal and external project stakeholders.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage logistics and supply chain requirements.
Ensure Project Engineers manage project dependencies and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Address performance issues with sub-contractors that have been escalated to management.
Maintain and nurture client relationships within strategic projects and accounts.
Manage client escalations related to technical issues.Requirements: Qualification and SkillBachelors degree / diploma in engineering or information technology from a reputable institution
5+ years experience in security technology environment
Experience with IP Video Surveillance, Access Control and Fire Detection & Suppression Systems
Experience with managing and training employees
Expert understanding of IT Hardware and physical networks - N+, INet
In-depth technical understanding of IP Video Surveillance, Electronic security hardware and software platforms, Public Address, Fire Detection Systems preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively
