Job Description

:
You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties:
Transformation Project Analysis:
Ensure accountability for cost reduction and margin improvement targets in the 2024 Forecast and 2025 Budget related to the transformation project
Develop financial models and reports to track project costs, investments, savings, and performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely financial data for decision-making and reporting
Conduct regular cost analyses to identify further savings or improvements
Align financials between the project and business units
Group Management Reporting:
Manage month-end processes for accurate central cost reporting
Support accurate monthly reporting of central entities (P&L and Balance Sheet)
Assist with timely cost center reporting and maintaining a strong control environment
Support external audits and budgeting processes in collaboration with cost center ownersSkills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar finance role, preferably within a transformation project or change management environment
Previous group experience in a multinational/multi-currency business
Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data from multiple sources
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentQualification:
