The intern will gain exposure and training in the IT Governance, Risk, and Cybersecurity team by assisting with governance processes,compliance assessments, risk identification, and cybersecurity initiatives.This includes supporting incident response processes, assisting with patch management, and responding to security alerts as part of a structured learning and development experience.

Minimum Requirements
1. Minimum Qualifications
Degree/Advanced Diploma in engineering, commerce, IT or project management
Advantageous:
+ Prince2 Practitioner certification
+ AgilePM Practitioner certification
+ Any other project management certifications
2. Minimum Experience
No post qualification experience required

Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and verify the delivery of project deliverables
Co-ordinate and participate in project meetings and workshops
Source workshop venue and arrange catering, equipment and facilities
Take minutes, type minutes and distribute timeously to relevant stakeholders
Maintain project schedule
Establish and maintain the projects defined process
Manage, monitor project reporting (weekly meetings and weekly highlight reports)
Create and maintain project risk list and issues log, by following up on the action items by the risk/issue owners
Arrange and participate in risks management workshops
Update the risk register with any new risks identified
Maintain Project Lessons Learned Log
Co-ordination of travel arrangements, functions as required by project members
Manage project documents (version controlled and configuration managed)
Create and maintain a project filing system on SharePoint
Arrange for project members to have access to SharePoint
Ensure that documentation naming standards are adhered to
Ensure that project documents requiring approval are signed-off and filed accordingly
Archive project documents after project is closed
Collaboration and Consultation
Identify opportunities to improve and add value to the service provided to internal and external customers
Monitor external parties' delivery constraints and escalate exceptions to the project manager
Consult with project stakeholders to address issues
Maintain and arrange project communication including meetings, presentations, changes, lessons learned.
