Seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with high skill levels and competencies for this role.Requirements:

NACE qualification recommended
8 years of Supervisory/Project Management experience in marine blasting and painting
Willingness to travel locally and offshore at short notice
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
High energy levels and strong organisational skills

Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring projects meet contractual expectations and adhere to quality & safety standards
Analysing scope of work and submitting accurate quotations
Managing project cost control within budget constraints
Supervising blasting and painting team effectively
Coordinating with departments and sub-contractors to achieve project goals
