If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Our client, a leading construction firm renowned for delivering high-quality commercial building projects across Cape Town is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team and lead the successful execution of exciting new ventures.What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of commercial building projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, effectively managing resources and subcontractors.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
What you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the commercial building sector.
  • Registered with the SACPCMP (Pr.CPM/ PMP advantageous)
  • A working knowledge of typical construction contracts (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC)
  • Proficiency in project management software
