As the Cape Town region continues to thrive with various building and infrastructure development opportunities, we are expanding our team. We are seeking two experienced project managers to join our Cape Town, South Africa, regional office during this exciting period of growth.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in refurbishment projects, particularly those involving a high degree of public interface and mission-critical live services. In the coming year and beyond, we will be supporting our regional clients in delivering innovative residential and commercial building developments, infrastructure projects, and feasibility and advisory services.

You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.

You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
You will manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will actively network and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace group, the centres of excellence, Mace way control centre and knowledge hub.
You'll need to have:
Right to work in South Africa.
Either be based in or be willing to relocate to Cape Town.
Professional registration with the Pr CPM or Pr CM with the SACPCMP.
Bachelor's degree, i.e., construction studies, civil engineering, quantity surveying, architectural studies, construction management.
You'll also have:
Professional registration with the SACPCMP as Pr CPM or Pr CM.
PMI-PMP Certification is not required but desirable.
Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the retail, hospitality and or high-end residential sectors.
Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Commercial and financial acumen.
Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.
Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
