Managing and control workers and onsite in all areas in Cape town
Be a liaison person between the office-based staff of Mega Ndira Resources and the workers based on site.
Managing day to day operations and requirements of the project including plant.
Establish and implement Operations policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
Creating, managing and analysing overall performance on site and administration obligations.
Strong communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills.
Be able to co-ordinate different projects on a diversified field.
Attending briefing sessions /Site inspections.
Ensuring compliance to all stakeholders, Clients, Community Leaders, employees, Environmental Health officers and other relevant departments of the municipality.
Overseeing daily, weekly and random inspections that are done by City Officials.
Recruit staff using methods required by the Client.
Doing Labour reports, timesheets and rosters.
Procuring uniform, tools and equipment required to execute the project.
Oversee the correct use of Plant /Machinery and tools.
Maintain labour costs to an acceptable level.
Strategic planning of projects.
Compile reports daily based on findings in the areas visited for the day.
Managing salary issues of staff and rates.
Managing plant on site.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants
MUST
reside in Cape Town
Civil Engineering Diploma
Project Management Certificate advantageous
1 - 2 years' experience in Civil engineering environment or Horticulture
Code B driver's license with PDP
