Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Experience in upmarket residential construction is essential
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage contractors | subcontractors | site teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients | architects | suppliers
- Valid drivers license required
- Contactable references and recent payslips must be provided
- Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
