Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources and manage project teams to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder engagement.
