We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Durban, KwaZulu-NatalRole: Project Manager / Design ManagerIndustry: Design Consultancy / EngineeringLevel: Mid-Senior to SeniorKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Design Manager or in a similar role within a design consultancy environment.Strong background in managing design aspects of Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), and Structural Engineering projects.Strong understanding of design processes from concept to completion, with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.Proficiency in design management software and tools.Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and design excellence.A natural leader, able to foster a collaborative and creative team culture.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Proactive and solution-focused with a strong problem-solving mindset.Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage tight deadlines.If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to Alternatively, contact us at XXX-XXXX for more information or visit our website on:
