Job Summary Our client, an established NPO, focuses on empowering and building resilience in youth through projects that break the divide by creating shared spaces for children and youth of different races, socio-economic backgrounds, and communities. The current enthusiastic and committed team are seeking a Project Manager. This senior position requires an individual with the following proven skills: Project and Programme Management Team Management Budgeting and Reporting Capacity Building Strategic Planning Experience Five to eight years of experience in project management, community development, or a related field High proficiency in computer literacy Verbal proficiency in isiZulu Experience in the sport for development sector advantageous Experience in working with curriculum development advantageous Education Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, sports administration, or a related discipline A postgraduate qualification in project management is advantageous The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills be a strong innovator and have the ability to liaise with all stakeholders.Pronel PersonnelRecruiter
