Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for making sure that projects are finished on schedule, within the allocated budget, and meet the expected quality standards by developing, overseeing and coordinating a detailed project plan as a roadmap, detailing the timelines and resources needed. Throughout the project lifecycle, monitor progress and adjust as necessary to ensure the project remains on track.Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma; Relevant Certifications
• Experience in Project Management (ideally a similar industry)
• Computer literate
• Proficiency in project management software
• Good team management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Valid driver's license and own transport
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily monitoring and tracking of projects in progress.
• Conducting daily touch-base meetings with the Design Manager, Procurement Manager, Factory Project
• Manager and Electrical and Automation Manager to collate live project updates.
• Identify discrepancies or issues and promptly implement corrective measures.
• Provide support with troubleshooting and resolving issues when applicable.
• Preparing status reports, conducting regular project meetings and being the point of contact for any inquiries related to the project.
• Ensuring that the project adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Health & Safety procedures and checks in the factory (I.e. Portable Electrical, Tools, Ladders, Machine Guarding,
• Lifting Equipment, Safety Harnesses, Lights, Gas Welding Equipment, etc).
• Assigning Toolboxes to new employees.
