Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled, Project Manager to join our team in Hillcrest KZN South Africa. POSITION OVERVIEW The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing existing consulting projects in the field of agriculture and livelihood restoration. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, coordination and delivery of these projects. The successful candidate must have international travel experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Teams Supervision Stakeholder engagement Monitoring and Evaluation Financial Management Reporting. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's/master's degree in Agriculture Business, Project Management or related field. Proven experience at least 10 years as a Project Manager, preferably in consulting projects involving agriculture, agribusiness, rural development and/or livelihood restoration. Strong and demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders, leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure effectively. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of agriculture practices and livelihood restoration initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and a passion for leveraging data to drive positive impact. Travel into Africa on a regular basis.
