Turner & Townsend is a quality driven, international construction and management consultancy recognised for the value and innovation we bring to every commission we undertake. We are looking for a Project Manager within the Real Estate Unit who is self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy. Reporting to the head of the business unit the individual will be responsible for delivering projects, securing new and maintaining existing clients and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.

Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience working on large-scale, mission critical construction projects? Have experience working across with real estate.





Candidate will have perform the following duties;

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives

Qualifications

Qualification

Candidate will hold the following qualification:

• A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification
• 6+ years experience managing a range of different building projects
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft skills are essential
• Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
