Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, organize, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and quality.
• Deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
• Manage several concurrent high-visibility projects using agile methods, crossing multiple business divisions.
• Perform daily system checks and assist on a wide variety of projects across all DMA platforms (SCRM, OPUS, UNITY, DIALOG).
• Administer PMO reporting and facilitate Scrum Framework ceremonies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external development teams, as well as end users.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence.

• Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in using Agile Project Management tools, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and all Microsoft Office Tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with business and IT individuals at all levels, including the executive level.
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.

Qualification Requirements:

• BCom Honours Degree or equivalent NQF Level 8 Qualification (minimum requirement).
• Professional Scrum Master (Level 1) certification is preferred, but not essential. Candidates must be prepared to take this exam if hired.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies for enterprise-level application development projects.
• Balanced business/technical background, with sufficient technical knowledge to provide credible leadership to development teams and accurately evaluate complex project risks and issues.
