- Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards
- Reporting on project progress to stakeholders
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project
- Engineering Degree
- Project Management Qualification
- Proficiency in using MS Project or similar project management software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Additional certifications in project management or construction-related fields
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
