DEVOPS AND AGILE PROJECT DELIVERY.The IsoMetrix program was migrated to business as usual with key focus on stabilisation. In 2025 this stabilisation drive will continue but there will be a greater focus on sustainability functionality in the wider group (both on IsoMetrix and on other systems in the group). This shift in focus and provide the candidate with a broader range of exposure in the coming periods, which may result in creating career growth opportunities.
Management of various short-term initiatives (monthly release cycles), with a key focus on detail and dependencies between teams, which can include:

• Management of deployment activities (deployment of system changes/developments- which includes management of testing team, ensuring compliance to governance, ).
• Coordination of a deployment with the vendor.
• Tracking and coordinating any high-profile activities that are on the critical path for the project.
• Manage of a core deliver team of resources (approx. 4-6 resources) - this team focuses on delivery of functionality and integrations on the IsoMetrix platform.
• Facilitation of sessions to prioritise scope for delivery team with business owners.
• Engagement with broader IM Enterprise Applications team to ensure compliance and adherence to IM standard.

Key skills required:

• Attention to detail and the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new scenarios or situations (flexible and adaptable to adjust to new ways of working or a change in focus of scope/deliverables).
• Must have PM experience in management of system/software development.
• Experience is integrations would be an additional benefit.
• Experience in risks and issues management on a software project.
• Ability to understand processes and understand the root cause of issues.
• Good presentation skills and ability to convey a message to various levels on the project (to the team, program managers and to executives).
• Ability to work on fast pace and complex environment, with experience in integration between multiple work streams/sub-projects.
• Experience in DevOps and Agile project deliver is mandatory.
• Experience on IsoMetrix would be an additional benefit.
