Our EtaPRO performance solutions are used by power producers globally key areas that we cover include monitoring performance, troubleshooting, alerting and investigating issues, as well as reporting on operations and performance to multiple levels of the organisation. You will be joining a team of dynamic, motivated, and customer-centric individuals who work independently and in a team, remotely and in-person, as the need arises. The local team supports clients in our region. You will be responsible for managing implementation and support projects both locally and internationally. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in software integration projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires effective communication and leadership in customer facing meetings, development, execution and monitoring of detailed plans and schedules, resource tracking against budgets and providing guidance to project team members.
What the role involves:
Day to day, you will be responsible for the management of projects and associated operations, which include, but are not limited to:
Serves as the single point of accountability for all aspects of assigned projects
Maintains routine communications with senior management concerning all aspects of the project
Develops and maintains project execution plans and schedules
Directs and controls all activities to meet/ manage customer expectations and meet budgeted project financial objectives
Serves as the primary client interface for project schedule, budget, and scope
Engages with cognizant client roles including plant operations, engineering, IT and finance,
Leads and facilitates customer-facing meetings, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
Coordinates and guides staff assigned to projects, fostering a collaborative work environment
Tracks all project costs to budget, project progress to schedule, and revenue recognition
Utilizes IT tools for project management (Wrike) and project finances (Oracle)
Ensures deliverables are on time, on/under budget, and meet customer expectations
Provides management early warning of potential gap in expectations between EtaPRO and customer and recommends suitable course of action
Transitions projects to long-term support team
Support business development initiatives for existing and new clients
Works with dedicated sales staff to review and respond to RFPs
Prepares Statement of Work for potential projects
Develops provisional project schedules and staffing plans to be included in proposals

Previous experience with EtaPRO Plant Performance Monitoring Software (bonus)
Knowledge of power generation and the industry
Able to drive and possess a valid driver's license
Basic knowledge of data analytics
Possession or be in process of applying for a passport
Key Requirements:
Candidates must:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferable
Minimum 5 years proven experience in managing software or engineering type projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Projects, Wrike)
Experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP system
Experience in the power or energy sector is a plus
