• Develop and manage project plan (Scope, Budget, Risk, Issues, Resources)
• Manage tasks and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate with stakeholders, providing project updates and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
• Create project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Foster a positive team culture and collaborate to achieve team objectives

Qualification and Experience

• Related degree (BSc or Commerce)
• Relevant Tertiary qualification or certificate/diploma in Project Management from an industry recognized training institution
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as Project Manager
• Experience in workshop facilitation and communication with stakeholders both internal and external and at different levels of the organization
• Experience in the use of project management techniques and methodology advantageous
• Experience in the short-term insurance industry advantageous
• Experience in Partnership type business advantageous
