Individuals seeking a fixed salary are not suitable for this position.Responsibilities:l Promote KDs ECO+ Laminate product to our target customers.l Ensure daily compliance with all operating procedures. Oversee operations and implement management.l Execute Franchisor-approved marketing campaigns and promotions.l Build relationships with local stakeholders to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.l Adopt and execute operational procedures of Keding Enterprises.l Formulate regular reports to the franchisor on performance indicators and metrics set.
