• Lead and Oversee Projects: Manage and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure Process Flows: Design, implement, and refine business process flows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Data Warehouse Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in process flow optimization and data warehouse design and management.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and database management systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
