Job Summary HVAC project manager required by well-established HVAC Company in Pretoria North, applicants to send CVs to Closing date for applications will be 24 February 2025. Renumeration package to be discussed with suitable applicants based on experience and qualifications. Duties and experience required: - 1. Min 5 years project management experience in HVAC projects ranging from R1M to R50M. Chilled water and VRF systems. 2. Experience in equipment selections and compiling the relevant equipment submissions for the consulting engineers. This includes duty point calculations and indicating this on the relevant performance graphs. 3. Ability and experience in reading and interpretation of Construction and HVAC CAD drawings. 4. Ability to compile monthly progress claims in Excel. 5. Ability to prepare quotations in Excel from CAD HVAC layout drawings. 6. Ability to compile project programs and budgets. 7. Ability to work under stress and to complete projects on time and within budget. 8. Knowledge of CAD drawing software a bonus but not required. 9. Ability to calculate pump and Fan pressure drops and to do selections of best suited equipment. 10. Good communication and management skills and ability to work as a team. 11. Attend project site meetings. 12. Technical HVAC knowledge to assist with commissioning and fault finding 13. Ability to read Electrical and control wiring diagrams. 14.
