Key Requirements:

Mine Overseer Certificate of Competence (Required):
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing production efficiency.
Mine Manager Certificate (Advantageous): Possession of a Mine Manager Certificate will be considered a significant asset.
Project Management Certificate/Qualification (Required): Essential for effective planning, execution, and control of mining projects.
Minimum 10 Years Underground Production Experience: Proven track record in underground mining with a focus on safety, productivity, and operational excellence.
Preferably as a Mining Contractor: Experience in managing projects as a Mining Contractor will be highly valued.
Ability to Carry a Legal Appointment: Demonstrated capability to hold a legal appointment in accordance with industry standards.
