Key responsibilities:Awards & General Administration - 80%Manage the total Awards Show process.Which includes but not exclusive to:- Ensure all awards shows both local and international have timing and tracking plans.- A cadence of following up with all the Creative Leads (& where needed, BusinessLeads) through the process to ensure timing plans are adhered to.- Be the primary contact to all the Awards Coordinators.- Connect and building strong relationships with the Awards Coordinators both locallyand internationally.- Building a strong Publicis Network relationship with other Awards Coordinators.- Ensure compliance of the basics of all entries are done, including the sharing ofspecifications and any other information that may make the awards entry processeasier or more effective.- Administrate all other areas that pertain to awards shows, not listed above.Manage the total event attendance process:- Identifying local awards shows that have events and with the CCO agree on whichones will be attended and secure numbers.- Administrate the process of securing tickets against a budget.- Connecting with each Creative Lead and or Business Lead to secure attendance.General Administration:- Attend key meetings, where needed, to achieve the tasks laid out in this document.- Assist in scheduling Creative and Business Lead connects when needed.- Have the ability to raising Job Numbers for certain tasks.- Work closely with the PR, Communications & Marketing Lead to ensure any awardsrelated opportunity is publicized in the right way.- Work closely with agency brand custodians, where applicable, to ensure aseamless process for awards and creative requirements.- Assist the CCO in managing the Creative entry budgets- Assist the GAP team in pitch administrationPGA External Marketing, PR & Brand Support 20%- this function is about creating a fertile ground for all subsequent new business activities to land on. It is crucial that both the PGA brand and the specialist brands are presented to current and potential clients in the most professional way possible.
