Job Description

Our client is a large international electronics manufacturer looking for a project manager based in South Africa (or willing to relocated to South Africa). The ideal candidate has experience in management services or engineering services.The regional manager is the first person responsible for the operation and maintenance service team of the management service project in the customer area. They are responsible for on-site management of operation and maintenance services, and plays a role in standardizing management, overall coordination, and orderly advancement of the regional service team. Responsible for the quality and success of operation and maintenance service project delivery; it serves as a unified interface to the outside world, connecting customers and other relevant parties, and is responsible for customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Project management capabilities: Be familiar with project management methods and operation processes. By breaking the whole into parts and simplifying the complex, we can create conditions for achieving service goals and achieve service goals, and ultimately achieve a high degree of unification of quality, schedule, and cost.
• Team management ability: Define positions and responsibilities for team members, and arrange work reasonably; ensure clear division of labor, clear responsibilities, orderly development, and stable progress. Effective team management can unite people, improve morale, and help the smooth development of operation and maintenance services and the achievement of high-quality goals. Familiar with subcontractor management methods and successful practices.
• Global control ability: From a global perspective, control all aspects of regional operation and maintenance, so as to focus on the big and let go of the small. In order to achieve the stable development of operation and maintenance services and the effective achievement of goals.
• Problem management and control capabilities: Operation and maintenance services are a process of continuously discovering and solving problems. Good problem management and control capabilities can achieve the unification and coordination of operation and maintenance tools and operation and maintenance personnel, amplify the positive impact and minimize the negative impact on problems, and play a supporting role in the development of operation and maintenance services and the achievement of goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Have 5 years of work experience, including no less than 3 years of project manager experience
• Have good English and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Ability to work day, evening or night shifts and holidays as needed
• Speak Chinese fluently
