Job Description
Our client, a leader in the field of Renewable Energy, specializing in construction of PV power plant sites, seeks to employ a well experienced and qualified Project Planner, with preferred experience in REIPPPP/PV planning and scheduling projects.This position is site based in the Limpopo region. Only candidates with experience in the PV renewable energy sector will be considered.KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR FOR CONSIDERATION:
- You will have completed a BSc or B-Tech qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with 5 years experience in planning, scheduling and controlling large scale projects within the REIPPPP or similar environment
- You will have proven EPC experience, with expert Primavera and MS Projects software expertise
- You will demonstrate a high level of energy, a detailed and analytical process thinking and understand PPA and EPC contracts, with related planning and reporting.
- You will have high levels of communication, expert report writing abilities and strong leadership skills
- You will show exceptional organizational and coordination skills, as well as being able to work in a cross-functional team to ensure successful hand over of the project within the allotted deadlines and time frames, be results and solutions orientated.
- A clear criminal /credit record and contactable references are essential
