With a strong commitment to structured processes and adaptability, we set the benchmark for project success.:Perform feasibility studies on SIB projects in the mining industry. Perform business cases and develop capital votes with implementation plans.Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project studies within the mining industry
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in project management within the mining industry

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Candidate must be from Kathu or willing to get own accommodation in Kathu
• 8 -10 years of experience in project management within the mining industry on study projects
• Strong understanding of mining operations, processes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
