Provide feedback on customer service, safety, quality, project incentives, and training needs. Support growth objectives through successful project execution for scalability and efficiency. Liaise with project clients for safety, timelines, and identifying additional work opportunities.Minimum Requirements:- 5-10 years of progressive operations management experience.- 5+ years of site management experience preferred.- 10+ years of hands-on craftsmen management in small to medium projects.- Advantageous experience in Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, and Power industries.- Willingness to travel, including internationally.Innovative solutions for energy, petrochemical, and paper industries addressing asset integrity, reliability, and efficiency challenges globally. Leading in shutdown/turnaround projects, emissions reduction, and asset integrity, with a focus on environmental sustainability.
