Job SummaryMy client is looking for a problem-solving, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Projects Supervisor to manage and oversee a variety of key projects. The role will primarily focus on yellow fleet projects, product sourcing and delivery, and construction services.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Handle project documentation, schedules, and budgets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all projects.
• Regularly report on project progress to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in fleet management, construction, or product sourcing.
• Experience in tenders and experience in quotations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on organization and timely project completion.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with team members and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Project) is essential.
• Proficient in English and Sesotho.
